What does boat and water craft insurance cover?
Comprehensive insurance cover for any loss or liability related to your boat, boat trailer and fishing gear, water ski equipment, diving equipment, tools and personal effects stored aboard. It doesn’t matter if your boat is on land, in transit, moored or out on the water, or within NZ’s geographic limits.
Policies can cover a range of events including:

- Agreed value policy: we will pay you up to the amount we agree with you for your boat.
- Market value policy: we will pay you up to our assessment of the sale value of your boat.
